Service Details
What do you need to have repaired?: HVAC and Whole house fan; What issues are you experiencing?: Air flow issues (zero, low, or inconsistent air flow) Hello, I have 3 requests: 1) Pre-summer service on my residential central A/C + HVAC system refrigerant/charge check, condenser & evaporator coil, blower, capacitor/contactor, condensate drain, thermostat, airflow, electrical. 2) I believe I have a broken or disconnected return duct in the attic: when the A/C runs the supply air smells strongly of attic air, and when I run my whole-house fan the HVAC return register blows out attic air, pointing to a return-side leak or unsealed return plenum pulling attic air into the system. 3) Quote to relocate a second, smaller whole-house fan from a closet to a bedroom. Scope: remove/relocate the unit, cut + frame a new ceiling opening in the bedroom, patch/seal the old closet opening (or install a small access panel to attic), and relocate the electrical.
